Ingredients for making Methi Laddu:

100 grams fenugreek seeds

1/2 liter milk

300 grams wheat flour

250 grams ghee

100 grams gum

30-35 almonds

300 grams jaggery or sugar

8-10 black peppers

2 tsp cumin powder

2 teaspoon dry ginger powder

10 small cardamoms

4 pieces cinnamon

2 nutmegs

Method to make Methi Laddu:

 

1- First of all clean the fenugreek seeds. Now grind the fenugreek a little coarsely with a mixer grinder.

2- Boil milk in a pan.

3- Now soak the ground fenugreek in milk for 5-8 hours.

4- Chop almonds and grind black pepper, cardamom and nutmeg.

5- Now add a cup of ghee in a pan and fry the soaked fenugreek. You have to fry it on medium flame until it turns light brown.

6- Now fry the gum in the remaining ghee.

7- Add the remaining ghee in the same pan and fry the flour until it turns light brown.

8- After this, add 1 spoon of ghee in the pan and melt the jaggery.

9- Add cumin powder, dry ginger powder, chopped almonds, black pepper, nutmeg and cardamom to the jaggery syrup and mix well.

10- Now add roasted fenugreek, roasted flour, roasted gum and mix well.

11- Make laddus of your choice from this mixture. Leave the laddu open in the air for some time.

12- Later, keep all the laddus in a box. You should eat them with milk every morning and evening.

13- If you want, you can also use sugar or sugar instead of jaggery in laddu.

14- You can add more or less dry fruits to the laddu as per your choice.

15- Eating fenugreek laddu will give you relief from joint pain, back pain and cold. You will also remain healthy.
